BEACON BLUFF
Beacon Bluff Education Hub is a creative place-making multi-year partnership of East Side Arts Council and the Saint Paul Port Authority. The sculpture garden's focus is best practices in next generation energy use and a focus on storm water management.
The sculptures depict water wind and sun as resources. Artists sculptures are by Philip Blackburn and Gita Ghei. Funding was provided by grants from the McKnight Foundation, The National Endowment for the Arts (Fast track) & the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council.
The curriculum for elementary students to use the space was created with funding from the McNeely Foundation. To download the curriculum click here:

POETRY PARK
The park is an urban park created and maintained by ESAC, where the community can celebrate the language arts with poetry posted on the Poets' Post - a sculptural piece featuring changing poetry by local poets and students.
